Lakh Construction Ltd, a privately owned and well-established house builder with a strong local reputation, is seeking to recruit an *Assistant Site Manager* to support the delivery of a high-quality new build housing development in the *Kent* area.
### **The Role:*
As an *Assistant Site Manager*, you will work closely with the Site Manager to support the successful delivery of the development. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the day-to-day running of the site in line with the build programme.
* Helping to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
* Conducting daily site activities such as toolbox talks, site inductions, and maintaining site records.
* Supporting health and safety compliance, including risk assessments, implementing safe systems of work, and performing weekly audits.
* Coordinating and monitoring resources on site, including materials, labour, and subcontractors.
* Ensuring that site records are accurately maintained and documented.

Lakh Construction Ltd is a reputable, privately owned housebuilder operating across the *KENT*. We specialise in constructing high-quality semi-detached, detached houses and apartments for open market sale.

We are looking for candidates who have previous experience in a similar role, such as:
* Assistant Site Manager
* Finishing Foreman
* Site Supervisor
* Site Manager
Experience in luxury or high-quality residential developments is preferred.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* CSCS Card
* SMSTS Certificate
* First Aid at Work Certification
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Good IT skills
